Our Story
A locally serving washer and dryer repair company, built from eight years fixing appliances across the Inland Northwest.
Wade Hollister grew up on a wheat farm outside Reardan, west of Spokane, where a broken combine or grain auger at the wrong moment could cost the whole crop — that’s where he learned to diagnose a mechanical problem fast and fix it right the first time. After high school he spent eight years as a technician for a regional appliance parts distributor, driving to repair shops from Spokane to Coeur d’Alene and seeing the same complaints over and over: slow scheduling, vague pricing, technicians who guessed instead of diagnosed. In 2021, the side repairs he’d been doing for neighbors turned into a full-time company built specifically around the opposite.
That same standard runs the business today. Same-day appointments when we can manage them, a technician who diagnoses before quoting, and a flat price before any work starts.
We inspect before we quote, and we'll tell you when a repair isn't worth it against replacing the unit.
